荆州若建大型港区,最佳地点应在目前的沙市港区的基础上,重新规划,在港区上段(二郎矶—柳林洲水厂),只保留旅游客运码头、汽渡码头、海事等专用码头,将该区域内的货运码头、工厂、居民楼进行搬迁,建设以旅游、休闲为主题的江滩公园。在港区下段(柳林洲水厂—观音寺),建设货运码头和物流园。
以上规划设想的依据和理由是:
(1)港区位于河湾的凹岸,航道贴岸,河势稳定,是一个天然良港。
(2)港区内陆毗邻荆州国家级开发区,企业客户众多,有利于港区的繁荣和发展。
(3)盐卡港已建货运铁路,便于水陆联运。
A Preliminary Study on Shoreline Utilization in Shashi Reach of Changjiang River(www.zuozong.com)

Abstract:The Changjiang River waterway is an important support in building the Changjiang Economic Belt,which will bring more concern to the ports construction and bank lines utilization along the river.Jingzhou port is located in the middle Changjiang River,in this paper,it was taken as an example to study the current situation and existing problems of riverside development and utilization along the Shashi Reach.According to the analytical results of river bed evolution,some constructive suggestions are given on the utilizing of river bankline in Jingzhou and the programming of Jingzhou and Libu port.
